Terms and Conditions

These Terms apply to all services provided by GetCVNow to customers via the website getcvnow.com.

The provider offers the following digital services:

• Creation of a professional CV (PDF format)
• Creation of an individual cover letter according to DIN 5008
• Creation of a cover page
• Professional cover page
• Professional photo editing for application photos

All prices are final and include statutory VAT.

Payment is processed via Stripe. Accepted methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, SEPA direct debit, Klarna.

After successful payment, documents are immediately available for download. Documents are also saved in the user account.

As these are digital contents provided immediately after payment, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of contract performance.

Before purchase, the customer must explicitly confirm via checkbox that they agree to the immediate commencement of contract performance and that their right of withdrawal expires upon download of the documents.

After the first download of the application documents, a refund is excluded. The time of download is logged technically.

The provider creates application documents to the best of its knowledge. No guarantee is given for the success of an application.

• The CV can be edited at any time in the user account and downloaded again as PDF — free of charge and unlimited.
• First and last name can be corrected once after the first download. Further name changes require contacting support.
• The cover letter can only be regenerated after download by placing a new order (EUR 2.99).
• Documents are provided exclusively in PDF format. A Word version is not offered.
• The created documents are intended exclusively for the personal use of the customer. Sharing with third parties or creating documents for other persons is not permitted.

The created documents may be used without restriction for the customer's own application purposes. Resale or sharing with third parties is not permitted.

Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
